NO!

Red hair + Named Barbara + Last name is Gordon = Commissioner Gordon's wife!!!

HOLY WTF BATMAN! That's just wrong. Why did they do that? It messes with my mind.

So yeah, I saw The Dark Knight... )

I don't know which movie is better. Iron Man or The Dark Knight. It's like applies and oranges. Iron Man is light and fun. The Dark Knight is dark, serious and scary. If Iron Man hadn't have those stupid last five seconds, I would say Iron Man is the better movie. However, The Dark Knight is really long, two and one-half hours. And it feels long in some parts. I found myself saying, "It's not over yet!?"

Still. It's a pretty good movie.

Edit: I forgot to add. USE THE RESTROOM BEFORE YOU SEE THIS MOVIE! It's very long.

...owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww......
(ME!) we are not amused

This pain is something that a person with skinny hips and thighs can probably never understand and that is the pain of getting your thighs rubbed raw and bleeding. It really does hurt.

I went to Dollywood's Splash Country today. I wore my bathing suit and a pair of board shorts because even though there are people there who are bigger than me and wear far less than I did, I still don't want to show off my thunder-thighs. I always wear a pair when I go into the water.

Two hours after I get there I start hurting. When I'm in the wave pool or lazy river it's fine but when I have to walk it just stings. I look down and there's this huge raw area on both sides. Putting aloe vera gel on them was the WRONG THING to do.

I don't know if it's because it's a new pair of shorts. I don't know if it's because I shaved this morning there. All I know is that it stings like a mother.

Also. I can go to Dragon*Con.

Secondly. I was very dissapointed with Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Stargate SG-1 handled the subject of crystal skulls better.

Thirdly. Prince Caspian is hot.

Fourthly. Iron Man is a really good movie. WITH THE EXCEPTION of the last 5 seconds and the part at the end of the credits.

John Adams.

I just saw part 1 & 2 of the John Adams miniseries on HBO.

It is unbelievably good. I was intrigued. I want more!

The only part that I know want more of is the smallpox vaccine. I mean, it was barbaric. There was no syrige. It was just a cut with gunk shoved in. It was very gross.

The wrong sort of motivation...

When watching the History Channel show Voyages. I should not watch because of a certain naval commander. I also should not watch solely for the purposes of finding out stuff so that whenever either one spouts out about the greatness of the Royal Navy, one of my character's can say "But didn't they get their asses handed to them by the French at the battle of Chesapeake Bay during the Revolutionary War?" It's the wrong thing to do.

Also. Ornately carved and gilded ships? WTF?

Also. I saw Stardust. It's really good.

My thoughts on X3...
(ME!) i'm so happy

I paid $8 for that or Elektra was better... )

In other news and because I forgot to mention this a while ago... My sister is pregnant with a boy. He's due September 13 and his name will be Elijah Grant. I'm very worried that he won't be healthy because my sister smoked and drinked before finding out because she's stupid. I'm also worried because I'm not sure if she's taking her pre-natals and eatting better. She gets so pissy each time that I ask.

In more news I did get the keyholder spot at Lane Bryant but I'm still getting fucked in the ass because regular associates make more than me.

I'm also working over 65 hours this week and around the same for next week with no days off.

I'm going to die.
